How to
use Battery Chem™ in daily driven cars:
Always wear eye protection when working on
automotive batteries. Do not smoke, make sparks, or light matches
or lighters near an open battery. The hydrogen gas in the battery
is flammable.
You may do this procedure right in
your car if you wish. It is very simple. Always do it in this
order for safety reasons.
1. Wash off the battery including
the terminals with warm soapy water or baking soda and water to
neutralize any acids on the battery surface. Do not get any
solution in the battery.
2. You must always clean the battery cable terminals and battery
posts. Always remove the negative battery terminal first, and
clean the bore of the terminal and also clean the battery terminal
post thoroughly, and leave it off.
3. Remove the positive terminal and do the same procedure as
above, and then leave it off.
4. Carefully remove the caps from the battery. On a 12 volt
battery there are six caps.
5. Look into each cell, and make sure there is enough water
(electrolyte) to cover the top of the cells completely. If the
cells are low you must add distilled water. Do not over fill.
Leave room for the Battery Chem™.
6. There are six tubes of Battery Chem™. Carefully pour one tube
into each cell. Make sure there is enough water in the cells and
then carefully replace the caps on the cells.
7. Put the cleaned positive battery cable back on the terminal
post. Always put the positive cable on first to avoid making
sparks. Do Not Accidentally reverse the Battery cables as you can
severely damage your electrical system. Mark the battery if you
have to.
8. Put the cleaned Negative battery cable on last, always.
9. Rinse off the battery again to remove any chemical residue.
10. Start the engine to be sure that have put the battery cables
back securely and correctly.
::. For other batteries, the process is same, but you will have to
charge it at low ampere for 24hrs. .::

Some automotive batteries are
"sealed" and require drilling first to insert
Battery Chem™, and caps to re-seal after. Both can be
