COMPOSTING TOILET

A high quality handmade construction of wood & plastic and also features a unique urine separator.

This is our new composting toilet. The drain hose in the side is for the urine separator which if used, can duct the urine right into a dry well or holding tank. By separating the urine immediately it eliminates all of the mess and unpleasant odors associated with composting or pit toilets. This unit has the larger more comfortable oval shaped seat, and the unit measures 24" L x 16" W x 16" H. We also make custom sizes. The exterior is 3/4" plywood and the interior has a plastic bin, and an adjustable urine catcher. We recommend spraying the urine catcher after use with a mixture of biodegradable soap and water. The entire top-- seat and all, simply lifts off for cleaning. The urine catcher works equally well for men or women.
The construction is by American craftsmen, and it is labor intensive to get a proper and neat looking unit. We are creating jobs for local American workers.
Many other compost toilets sell from $400.00 up to $2500.00. Our unit requires no electricity at all. We can put a hole for a vent stack in the top, or one of the sides at no extra charge. Just tell us the diameter of the hole if you want one. We have designed this unit fit in our micro home shower stall design.
